  • What are GLP-1s?
    GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) agonists are a class of medications originally developed for managing type 2 diabetes. However, they have also been found to be highly effective in promoting weight loss. They work by copying the effects of natural hormones that help control blood sugar.
  • What are the potential side effects or risks associated with the treatment?
    GLP-1 products like semaglutide and tirzepatide may cause nausea or constipation. We recommend adding Zofran ODT and Docusate Sodium to your order to help manage these symptoms.
  • Do I need to meet with the doctor in person?
    No! You could have a free video consultation online without leaving your home or just complete a brief questionnaire, which will be reviewed by our doctor.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    Due to legal restrictions around the nature of your order, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. If you request a refund, we will need to confirm that either: - Your order has not yet been reviewed by a prescriber. - Your prescription request has not been deemed a good fit. In either of these cases, a full refund will be provided to the original method of payment. If a doctor has already reviewed the order or the prescription has already been shipped, then the order is not refundable. However, if you feel that we made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at 800-818-1779 as soon as possible.
  • Is Seven Cells a reputable supplier?
    Seven Cells is the next standard for wellness, for people who understand the importance of quality and are not afraid to take their health into their own hands. We are a first-of-its-kind company. We are directly affiliated with the pharmacy dispensing the products we offer, which ensures the highest commitment and accountability in the quality of our products.   • How does the subscription model work?
    Due to the progressive nature of GLP-1 medications, you must continue treatment for an extended time to see results. To make this easier, we offer these prescriptions on a monthly subscription basis in which you will automatically be charged and shipped your medication via 2-day shipping every 28 days. Every 3 months, you will complete a virtual follow-up visit with your doctor to ensure treatment is going well. If changes to dosage need to be made, your doctor will do so for you. If you choose to stop your subscription, you can cancel without being charged until the 28th day of each payment cycle.
  • Can I get these treatments in my state?
    We are working to be able to ship to all the US states. Currently, our GLP-1 weight loss products are available in the following states: AK, AZ, CO, CT, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MT, NB, NY, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SD, UT, WI, and WY.
  • Can I use insurance for payment?
    We do not accept insurance, but we have worked hard to ensure affordable prices on all treatment options. We're committed to providing you with quality care at reasonable prices.
  • Who will be my doctor?
    All Seven Cells doctors are board certified and have extensive experience in weight management. To ensure rapid review of your intake forms, our patients are connected with doctors once the questionnaire process is complete, so we cannot share which doctor will be assigned to you until then.
  • Where will my prescription be filled?
    Your prescription will be filled at a our in-house pharmacy, Seven Cells Pharmacy. This allows us to quickly compound and package your treatment and ship it directly to you. That's right - no pharmacy visit required! If you prefer, you may have your prescription sent to any pharmacy of your choosing. However, if you do this, please note that a Telehealth physician consultation fee of $125.00 will be charged to your credit card on record.   • What is the return/refund policy?
